Let me know what you think. I tried to make as close to my currently obtainable power level (PLs and RPs). Most of the gear and filigrees it took to do this i already have, only would have to farm the raids for a couple pieces. If you find something off i may have made a mistake, i was working on this at 3 am, most of those will be found in skills :D
